Q4: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally 1 piece for machine.Please contact us to get details of the MOQ of the items you are interested in.
Q5: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it wil t 30 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends onthe items and the quantity of your order.
Q6: What's your payment term and how to pay?
A: Made to order model: T/T 100% as deposit.
30% deposit in advance, 70% paid before shipment. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q7. What's your loading port?
A: Our loading port is Shanghai port. Seaport & Airport
Q8.How can l know my order status?
A: Our quality control team will keep you updates with detal reports when the raw material arrives, when theproducts finished 20% and also report when the products finished 80%. We provide facts what we saw, so youcan rest assured well.
